Japandi Themed Living Room

For this assignment, we had to find a reference image of an approximately 10m x 10m space, and we had to recreate the space by using 3DSMax, and render with VRay.

I decided on a Japandi-inspired themed room, with hints of both Japanese and Scandinavian elements. The living room mainly incorporated light oak timber as its main material, with a large 10-seater couch, floor-to-ceiling height windows, and hanging sphere lanterns.

I used 3DSMax to model the carpentry and furniture, put in the materials in, and assembled the room. I imported Sketchup models for small details and VRay to render, adding daylight and depth.
